Consultations

The initial visit is 90 minutes to establish care and discuss your health concerns and goals. During the visit I will obtain a thorough health history, perform any necessary physical exams, and come up with an individualized treatment plan for you.

The follow up visit is 30-60 minutes in order to monitor progress, review any labs, and adjust the treatment plan as needed.

First office visit 90 min | $295

Follow up visit 60 min | $150

Follow up visit 30 min | $75
